#4 Metso
PP/ Kolmen onnistuneen kuvan jälkeen astelimme kohti pääkirjasto Metsoa, jossa kuuleman mukaan oli Tampere-aiheinen valokuvanäyttely (myöhemmin kävi ilmi että näyttely oli pystyssä ehkä 2kk sitten, päivitystä tietoihin Markus!). Onneksi reissu ei ollut täysin turha, sillä huomasimme turisteja kuvaamassa Hämeenpuiston näyttävää Viktor Janssonin Vapaudenpatsasta. Lievän kielimuurin takaa tuli selväksi että naiset olivat Chilestä ja olivat olleet jo 2kk Suomessa. Naiset olivat katselemassa nähtävyyksiä ja seurasivatkin hetken päästä meitä Metsoon.

After taking three rather nice shots we decided to pop into Tampere’s main library Metso. Our intention was to check out a photo exhibition about Tampere but we were 2 months too late (thanks to Markus’ up-to-date information!). Anyhoo, our little trip wasn’t that awful because we bumped into couple of tourists photographing local statue of Liberty by Viktor Jansson. Because of slight language barrier we only gaught some information such as the women were from Chile and they had stayed already 2 months in Finland. They were looking for sights and were heading to Metso also. Oh yes there were one more girl there but unfortunately she was too shy for our frightening cameras or us – no one can blame her really.
